Jennifer McCloskey serves as director of government affairs at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). Prior to joining ITI, Jennifer spent seven years in the Senate. Most recently, she served as a senior policy advisor to Finance Committee member Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) handling tax and trade policy. In this capacity, Jennifer served as staff director for the Taxation and IRS Oversight Subcommittee during the 113th Congress.

Jennifer has worked on an array of tax issues, including corporate and international tax reform, patent box proposals and key tax incentives such as the R & D credit. During her time in the Senate, Jennifer successfully championed legislation, including the creation of tax-advantaged savings accounts for individuals with disabilities.

Before entering public service, Jennifer worked in economic development and the non-profit sector in both New York City and Los Angeles.

Jennifer earned her M.S. from The New School and her B.A. from The University of Michigan.
